What nuts are the best in making baklava?

Walnuts or pistachios is what I use, they seem to provide the just the right texture and a traditional taste. For me almonds are too dry and hard. I’ve had it with pecans and cashews but the texture seemed off as those nuts are softer, the pecans were front and center and overwhelmed the other ingredients.
