Delta Joe's is a small family farm which is dedicated to the concept of organic farming. Delta Joe's Pistachios are certified organic in accordance with CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) guidelines.

Delta Joe's is a self-contained operation. The growing, processing, roasting and packing are all done at the foot of the mountain, here, in Brentwood. Roasting is done in small, custom batches, never in large batches that will then wait for shipment. For this reason it may take 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, please be patient.

We lightly salt Delta Joe's to bring out the flavor of premium pistachios not to preserve them for long shelf life. Your 'custom roasted' product may take a little longer, but it's well worth the wait! This extra effort guarantees our customers the highest quality product available.
